Can I switch between membership plans?
Yes. Talk to us, and we’ll switch you to the plan that makes more sense for where you are right now.
Can I pause or cancel my membership?
After your initial 12-month commitment, you can cancel with 30 days’ written notice. Members can also pause once per year for up to three months, giving you flexibility when life gets busy.
What happens if I don't use my monthly treatment?
We recommend booking in advance so you never miss a month. Reach out if something comes up, and we’ll do our best to work with you.
How does billing work?
Your membership is billed each month through our automated system. Simple, predictable, no surprises. A $29 annual membership fee keeps your member magic account switched on, from surprise upgrades to exclusive specials.
Can I share my membership with someone else?
Memberships are individual. But if your partner or a friend wants to join, we’d love to have them.
Does the CompleTox membership cover Botox or only Xeomin?
No. The CompleTox membership covers Xeomin only. If you’re interested in Botox or Daxxify, talk to your injector at your next visit and we’ll help you find the right plan.
All memberships require a 12-month commitment and are billed monthly. A $29 annual membership fee applies. Cancel any time after your commitment period with 30 days’ written notice. Memberships are non-transferable. Discounts apply to regular-priced services and retail only and do not combine with other offers.
