We offer three microneedling options, each designed for different skin goals and depths of concern. Your provider will help you choose at your consultation.
Genius RF Microneedling by Lutronic combines traditional microneedling with radiofrequency energy to deliver deeper, more powerful results. Gold-tipped needles create micro-injuries, while RF heat waves penetrate the skin to further stimulate collagen and elastin production. The Genius device uses real-time feedback to adjust energy output based on your skin’s response, making each treatment precise and personalized.
Advanced RF Treatment

Designed to leave the top layer of skin intact, the Genius minimizes downtime while delivering deeper results than traditional microneedling. It works on a wide range of skin tones and types, and it’s especially effective for moderate skin laxity, enlarged pores, and texture concerns that haven’t responded to other treatments. Results develop over four to six months and typically last two to three years.
Collagen P.I.N.® is the foundation of our microneedling menu. It uses precisely controlled needles to create micro-channels in the skin, triggering your body’s natural healing response and ramping up collagen and elastin production. Straightforward, effective, and a great starting point for anyone new to microneedling.

Collagen PIN, also known as collagen induction therapy, is the gold standard for microneedling. A 36-needle cartridge glides over the skin, creating thousands of micro-channels per second, triggering your body’s natural collagen and elastin production for firmer, smoother, more even skin. Custom-compounded numbing serum is applied before your treatment for maximum comfort throughout. For best results, a series of treatments is recommended.
Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) is derived from your own blood and packed with growth factors that supercharge the healing process. When combined with microneedling, PRP is infused directly into the skin to amplify collagen production and accelerate results.

Your microneedling journey starts with a one-on-one consultation. Your provider will talk through your concerns, review your options, and answer every question you have. There’s a $50 consultation fee. It goes toward any service or product when you’re ready.
Numbing & Prep
Before your treatment, we apply our custom-compounded numbing serum to keep you comfortable throughout the treatment. Most clients describe the sensation as at most mild pressure.
Your Treatment
Treatment time varies by type and area, but most sessions take 60 minutes or less. You may experience mild redness and swelling afterward, which typically resolves within a few days.
Your Results
Some improvement is visible within days. Collagen remodeling continues for weeks to months, with optimal results appearing after a series of treatments. Your provider will give you a realistic timeline based on your specific treatment.

Does microneedling hurt?
Most clients describe it as mild pressure or a light scratching sensation. We apply a custom-compounded numbing serum before your treatment to keep you comfortable. RF microneedling clients may notice increased warmth or intensity at higher energy settings, but most find it manageable.
How many treatments do I need?
Most clients see the best results after a series of three to six treatments, spaced four to six weeks apart. The exact number depends on your skin concerns and the type of treatment. Your provider will give you a realistic plan at your consultation.
What's the downtime like?
Expect redness and mild swelling for one to three days after treatment, similar to a moderate sunburn. Most clients return to normal activities within 24 to 48 hours. RF microneedling may involve slightly more downtime. We’ll give you specific aftercare instructions before you leave.
What's the difference between regular microneedling and RF microneedling?
Traditional microneedling creates micro-channels to trigger collagen production at the skin’s surface. RF microneedling delivers radiofrequency heat energy that penetrates deeper, promoting greater tightening and collagen remodeling. RF is particularly effective for skin laxity and enlarged pores. Your provider can help you decide which is the right fit.
Is microneedling safe for all skin tones?
Yes. Microneedling is safe for a wide range of skin tones and types. The Genius RF device is specifically designed to leave the top layer of skin intact, making it suitable for a wider range of skin tones than some other energy-based treatments. We’ll assess your skin at your consultation to confirm you’re a good candidate.
Do I need a consultation before booking a treatment?
Yes. All medi spa treatments start with a one-on-one consultation. We’ll talk through your goals, review your medical history, and make sure we recommend the right treatment for you. The consultation fee is $50. It goes toward any service or product when you’re ready.
