Mary Hart

Meet Mary, one of our incredible massage therapists! Mary received her education at the Denver School of Massage Therapy in 2005. She has been working at Sunflower Spa since February of 2020, but she has been providing treatments in clinics and spas since her start in 2005, including several high-end day spas like Burke Williams Day Spa in Orange County, CA and the Four Seasons Hotel Spa in downtown Denver. She’s always been great at deep tissue massage, and she loves working on neck and shoulder injuries/issues. She really enjoys implementing additions into her massages, such as aromatherapy, heat, hot towels, and CBD— she really appreciates the added relaxation they provide during a massage! Mary is a truly kind and thoughtful human being, and it shows in the work she does! When you come in for a massage with her, you know you’re in good hands. She is a mother to two beautiful girls, they keep her active and young!
